Plantation "Stiggins' Fancy" Pineapple Rum

Conceived with the assistance of cocktail historian and writer Dave Wondrich using recipes from the early 19th century. Dark rum is infused with pineapple fruit while a seperate batch is infused with pineapple skins and redistilled. Bartenders the world over have fallen in love with it's juicy pineapple profile and it's ease of use in a range of cocktail applications.
