Plantation 3 Stars White Rum

40% ABV 

A blend of the "3 Stars of the Caribbean" Rum world, Jamaica, Trinidad, and Barbados. We'd argue there's an entire constellation of stars in that blessed sea, but we digress. Lovely aged white rum (the color is charcoal filtered out leaving it clear) that is a touch sweet. Maison Ferrand is one of the few rum houses who are transparent about their use of sugar in their rums. A fantastic cocktail rum for your Daiquiris/Mojitos and the one that we use at the bar for white rum in cocktails.
