Hamilton Demerara Overproof 151 Rum

Rum master Ed Hamilton sought to replicate and improve upon the old cocktail stalwart Lemon Hart 151. The original Lemon Hart was a 3 island blended Rum while this one is all from Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana. Aged tropically for at least 5 years and a mixture of still types were used in production. Impossibly fruity and drinkable for a Rum of this strength. Any Tiki drink or Tropical recipe that calls for a 151 or overproof Demerara Rum will benefit from the addition of this glorious Rum.
