Habitation Velier is one of the most eagerly anticipated limited release Rums year after year. This is an unaged expression from the Renegade Distillery in Grenada. It's a cane juice rum made from locally harvested Cain variety of sugarcane. Fermented for 195 hours at a controlled temperature and distilled in a Forsythe Pot Still. The congeners content is 328.1 gr/hlpa, of which 127.9 gr/hlpa are esters.
