From the legendary Diamond Distillery in Guyana. This is a blend of column and pot distilled rums made on several of Demerara Distillers incredible collection of vintage stills, including some spirit from an 18th century era wooden coffey still. Dry and elegant with notes of brown sugar and lush tropical fruit.
