Sugar cane juice Rum from Ecuador made from a cane varietal called Cubana Negra by a third generation distiller. Copper pot distillation and distilled to proof. Briny and spiced on the nose. Incredibly complex and rich on the palate with notes of citrus zest, anise, spicy and peppery. Sneaky strong as it definitely doesn't drink like a 100 plus proof Rum.
