Clairin Communal is a blended cane juice rum from Haiti. It's a blend of 4 rums made by Casimir, Vaval, Sajous, and Le Rocher distilleries. Clairin can be extremely funky and often high in alcoholic strength, but the Communal is quite approachable. Still has a bit of the fresh cane juice funk with a fruity backbone, salinity and some vegetal notes. A wonderful introduction to the fascinating world of Clairin.
