Paesani Genziana Gran Sasso

The Paesani family have produced their award winning amari and liqueurs at their fabbrica in the hamlet of Collevecchio in the Marche region since 1961. Genziana Gran Sasso is gentian-based bitter digestivo. It's akin to French Gentiane like Salers or Suze but with slightly milder bitterness. It is lovely over ice with a splash of soda or mixed into a Negroni Bianco with Ginepraio Gin and Bianco Vermouth.
