St. Agrestis Phony Mezcal Negroni

Utilizes the same botanical mix as in their regular Phony Negroni but with the addition of smoky notes, vegetal complexity and earthiness to mimic the flavors of Mezcal. Lightly carbonated and nitrogenated to mimic the prickle of an alcoholic cocktail. Drink it chilled straight from the bottle of class it up with a big ass ice cube and a twist of orange? Maybe a flamed orange zest? Get wild!
