Almave Ambar Non-Alcoholic Agave Spirit

Non-alcoholic Blue Agave Spirit created for the racing driver Lewis Hamilton by Dr. Ivan Saldaña, the mind behind Ancho Reyes, Las Californias Gin, and many other Mexican spirits. Fully mature Blue Webber agaves are cooked in brick ovens, just as they would be for Tequila production. The cooked agaves are milled but instead of being fermented as they would if you were making Tequila, the crushed agaves are immediately distilled several times in copper pots. It's the essence of Blue Webber agaves without the alcohol. The Ambar has oak tannin and extracts added so it's closer in flavor to a Reposado or Añejo Tequila. 

It has toasty agave flavors with balanced acidity and a touch of pleasant bitterness. Lovely in a Tequila Old Fashioned, sipped over ice, or mixed into an N/A Margarita.
