St. Agrestis Phony White Negroni

St. Agrestis makes the finest zero proof Cocktails around, starting with their Phony Negroni, on down through their latest release, a Phony WHITE Negroni. It plays off of the popular Negroni riff from the early craft cocktail boom of the late 2000's which utilized Blanc Vermouth in place of Sweet, and Lillet/Suze/Salers in place of Campari. This one is slightly sweeter and less bitter than the regular Phony Negroni with a bit more floral subtlety. Really great and a wonderful addition to the lineup.
