St. Agrestis is a Brooklyn Distillery that is probably best known for their non-alcoholic Phony Negroni and other N/A RTD's. But in fact they also make a range of fantastic Bitter Aperitivi, Amaro, and RTD's with alcohol. This is a classic Negroni made with their own St. Agrestis Inferno Bitter, house made Torino-style Vermouth, and Greenhook Gin. These folks really know Negroni's and this is a really good one. Pour it over a giant ice cube, stir briefly, and express a wide orange peel over the top of the drink for a bar quality Negroni experience at home.
