Raicilla De Una is made with Agave maximiliana in the highlands of the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are harvested after 8 years and roasted in an adobe and stone oven. De Una is double distilled. An approachable Raicilla and an excellent introduction to the category. Cacao and peppercorns with tropical fruit sweetness.
