Nuestra Soledad is a line of Mezcales from Casa Cortes (El Jolgorio/Agave de Cortes/Dixeebe) where they highlight Espadin bottlings from different villages around Oaxaca. The Santa Maria Zoquitlan is perhaps our favorite one. Bright, lemon zest, peppery, minerals. Long and assertive finish.
