Two Stacks Double Irish Cream Liqueur

Two Stacks are independent bottler of Irish Whiskey in County Down, Northern Ireland. They blend some of our favorite Irish Whiskies so we were absolutely delighted when we heard they made an Irish Cream Liqueur. Made with their flagship Two Stacks Signature Blend Irish Whiskey and rich double cream, it's absolutely delightful. Believe it or not, Irish Cream is actually a protected category of liqueuers and must contain at least 1% of Irish Whiskey. Theirs has around 8%. Sort of like a liquid donut with rich dairy notes, caramel, toffee and subtle spice. Miles better than the mass market brand everyone knows.
