St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Perhaps the biggest star liqueur of the craft cocktail renaissance of the early aughts. Often referred to as "Bartenders Ketchup" because you could add it to nearly anything and make it taste better. If you went to a cocktail bar or chic restaurant bar between 2008 and 2012, there is a 100% chance that this stuff was on the cocktail menu. Floral and sweet, it is a lovely cocktail modifier and spritz ingredient.
