Industry standard Maraschino liqueur. Whole sour marasca cherries, stems, and pits sourced from orchards near Venice are macerated for 2 years in neutral spirit before being distilled with the solids and aged a further 12-18 months in Finnish Ash wooden vats. It is proofed and sweetened with sugar prior to bottling. An essential cocktail ingredient for numerous classic cocktails ranging from the litany of "Improved" variants, the Last Word, Brooklyn, Martinez, and countless others.
