Tart Marasca Cherries from the Adriatic Coast of Italy and Croatia are fermented and distilled in Eau-de-Vie stills and blended with a coriander and Montmorency cherry distillate and lightly sweetened with honey. Has an almondy and tart cherry quality and less of the cherry pits and oxidation of the more common Luxardo Maraschino. A lovely craft version of Maraschino liqueur. As it's made from all natural ingredients and only lightly sweetened with honey, we recommend refrigeration after opening for maximum life and freshness of the liqueur.
