The first time we tasted this Lime Cordial was one of the most fascinating flavor experiences we've ever had. There is nothing else on the market that is equivalent to it as far as we know. Fragrant Persian Limes from Veracruz, Mexico are distilled in an Eau-de-Vie still and blended with cane sugar and lactic acid for a perfect sweet/tart balance. Bottled at 80 proof, it's a boozy replacement for lime juice in a Gimlet or sour cocktail. Insanely floral and citrusy aromatics. Truly one of a kind.
