Joseph Cartron Creme de Framboise

This is quite simply the best Framboise we've ever had. Made from Lloyd George and Rose de Plombieres raspberries harvested from the Hautes Cotes de Bourgogne area near the famed wine village of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The raspberries are macerated in sugar beet spirit for 5 weeks, lightly filtered and sweetened with crystal sugar. A pure expression of jammy, tart raspberry fruit with incredible balance and elegance.
