Peche de Vigne or "Vineyard Peach" is a variety of peach with fluffy skin and reddish flesh that is classically planted at the end of grape vines in order to alert winegrowers of any disease or pests that may infect their grapes. This delicoius liqueur has the sweetness of peach flesh and the vegetal bite of peach skins. Tangy and sweet, it's our peach liqueur of choice in the summer favorite Democrat Cocktail.
