Gabriel Boudier Creme De Cassis

Maison Gabriel Boudier has produced liqueurs in Dijon, France since 1874. Creme de Cassis is a blackcurrant liqueur and this is the best one we've ever had. A deep, dark purple color, it tastes of fresh berry puree with a clean finish. Delightful when combined with white wine for a Kir or sparkling wine in a Kir Royale. We also use it at the bar in the classic El Diablo cocktail or in the surprising Vermouth Cassis, an aperitif that is equal parts Cassis and Dry Vermouth.
