Benedictine D.O.M. Liqueur

Created by wine merchant Alexandre Le Grand in 1863, allegedly from a recipe created by monks from the Benedictine Abbey of Fecamp in Normandy France. Composed of a secret blend of 27 flowers, berries, herbs, roots, and spices. It is intensely herbal with balanced sweetness. It can be sipped neat or mixed with tonic. It's also a crucial ingredient in a number of classic cocktails like the Singapore Sling, Vieux Carre, and La Louisiane.
