Delightful and affordable Blanco Tequila made at the highly regarded El Sabino Distillery in the town of Jesus Maria in the highlands of Jalisco. The agaves are brick oven roasted, tahona crushed, fermented with agave fibers, and double distilled to proof in stainless steel and copper alembics. It is certified additive free by Agave Matchmaker. Much like their regular Blanco, this high proof Tequila is way too good for the price. Traditional production methods with an oily and rich agave forward flavor profile.
