Utilizing botanicals from both sides of the border like Hops, Mugwort, White Sage, Sea Kelp, Yerba Santa, California juniper, and Damiana. It has an entirely unique botanical profile with mineral, floral, and earthy notes. Layered and complex, evolving in the glass. Not your Grandfather's London Dry Gin to be sure.
