Veso Aperitif Olive Vermouth

Veso Aperitif is the brainchild of Chris Beyer, a former software engineer who makes his Vermouth and Aperitivi on Treasure Island in San Francisco. This is a Dry Vermouth that is purpose built for Dirty Martinis or really any cocktail that calls for a punch of umami and salinity. The white wine base is infused with Castelvetrano Olives, Olive Brine, Kombu, herbs, citrus and spices and fortified with neutral grape spirits. It sings in a Dirty Martini of course but it's also just a really well constructed Dry Vermouth that works well over ice on its own or mixed in any number of ways. We use it in our house Frozen Martini at the bar and love it on the rocks with a twist of lemon and some olives.
