A collaboration between Sherry and spirits negociant Equipo Navazos and Nicolas Palazzi, founder of the import company PM Spirits. This is a Vermut Rojo made from a base of off dry Oloroso Sherry that is macerated with coriander seed, elderflower, bitter orange peel and other botanicals. Considered by many to be the finest Vermouth from Spain, we recommend enjoying this over ice with a slice of orange and a salty olive. You can mix with it as well, but it's perfect on its own.
