The base spirit is made from organic NY grown dent corn. They then macerate tons of whole California grown blood oranges in the spirit in addition to several botanicals including quassia, pink peppercorns, cloud forest cardamom, gentian, Indian cinnamon bark & wild cherry bark. Juicy and bitter with botanical complexity. A bright and citrusy ingredient in your next summer spritz.

About Matchbook Distilling:

Located on the North Fork of Long Island, Matchbook is the brainchild of distiller Leslie Merinoff-Kwasnieski. They produce an immensely diverse set of spirits built primarily around the abundant produce of their local farmers.
