Mancino Vermouth Bianco Ambrato

This Vermouth is named after and formulated from a recipe developed by Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino at a small historic distillery in Piemonte, Italy. Delicate Trebbiano di Romagna wine is fortified and Infused with 37 botanicals including alpine rose, chamomile, elderflower, gentian, mint, sweet orange, ginger, pink grapefruit, cardamom, liquorice and quinine.

Slightly bitter with balanced sweetness, it's lovely in a Vesper Martini in place of Lillet or mixed into a White Negroni. We love it as an Aperitivo over ice with a slice of orange and an olive. Really tasty stuff.
