Lustau Vermut Rosé

Rosé Vermouth/Vermut from the noble Sherry Bodega of Lustau. Made from a blend of Dry Fino and Sweet Moscatel sherries with Tintilla de Rota (graciano) wines to give it a pinkish hue. Primary botanicals include wormwood, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and chamomile. Delicate, sweet, and moreish with notes of grapefruit, thyme and cardamom, vanilla, and berry fruit. It's fantastic on its own over ice or mixed with club soda. Can be mixed in innumerable ways as an interesting swap for either Sweet or Blanc/Bianco Vermouth in cocktails.
