Lo-Fi Aperitif's Dry Vermouth

16.5% ABV 

Dry Vermouth made in Napa, California from a base wine of Muscat Canelli and Chardonnay. The botanicals that they mention include fennel, coriander, cardamom, elderflower, cherry, anise, and chamomile. Fennel/Anise are front and center on the nose and the palate in addition to the coriander and a tart fruitiness. Has a touch more sweetness than most Dry Vermouth which is why we like to mix it with Vodka (to add depth of flavor) and Whiskey (in an Old Pal or a Scofflaw).
