The Liquori delle Sirene are a collection of bitters and liqueurs made by Elisa Carta, a trained sommelier and olive oil taster, and a passionate herbalist. She utilizes ingredients from the Lake Garda region of Italy where she is based. This is a bittersweet Aperitivo Americano Bianco. Made from a base wine of organic Trebbiano di Lugana. Notes of mint, bitter gentian, sweet orange and flowers. A versatile Aperitivo that can be drunk on it's own, mixed in a Spritz, Americano, or White Negroni.
