Lillet Blanc

Classic French wine-based Aperitif. Serve it on ice with a slice of orange or mix it into a Vesper Martini or Corpse Reviver No. 2.

.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
.75 oz Lillet Blanc
.75 oz Dry Curacao
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
2 Dashes Absinthe

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin full of ice. Shake vigorously until properly chilled and diluted. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a swath of lemon peel expressed over the top of the drink.
