La Guita Manzanilla Sherry

15% ABV

Manzanilla is a style of Fino Sherry that is aged by the sea in the village of Sanlucar de Barrameda, Spain. Fino sherries age under Flor, a lattice of yeast cells that protect the wine from oxidation and create some of the driest beverages on earth. The proximity to the sea imparts the Sherry with salinity and an oceanic quality that is mesmerizing.

La Guita is perhaps the best known and beloved brand of Manzanilla. Aged for a minimum of 4 years under flor. Crisp, nutty and floral with a saline edge.
