Faccia Brutto Aperitivo

24% ABV

Bittersweet Aperitivo Liqueur from a Distillery in Brooklyn. The best known example of this style is Aperol. Unlike that ubiquitous product, this bottle is colored with cochineal (a red dye made from a South American beetle) instead of artificial coloring. Infused with 17 botanicals including gentian, kola nut, hibiscus, fresh orange peel, and rhubarb root in non-GMO neutral grain spirit. Delightful in a spritz or a lower bitterness Negroni.
