Dolin has been producing Vermouth de Chambery in the foothills of the French Alps of southeastern France since 1821. Vermouth de Chambery is a regional designation protected by the French government and Dolin is the only remaining producer in the AOC. 

Their Rouge is a lighter style of sweet Vermouth made from a base of local white wine and infused with over 50 botanicals. Firm, balanced, light and fresh, we prefer to use it with white spirits due to its delicacy. Fantastic in a Negroni or in a Spritz.
