Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Blanc

Dolin has been producing Vermouth de Chambery in the foothills of the French Alps of southeastern France since 1821. Vermouth de Chambery is a regional designation protected by the French government and Dolin is the only remaining producer in the AOC. 

The Blanc style (sweet, white vermouth) was invented in Chambery at Dolin before spreading to Italy for their Bianco Vermouth. Dolin was the first Blanc Vermouth brought to the US in the craft cocktail renaissance of the early aughts. A crucial ingredient in the White Negroni, it is soft and lightly botanical with balanced sweetness.
