Red Bitter Aperitivo from St. George Spirits in Alameda. Macerated with a proprietary blend of herbs, barks and roots, the primary bittering agent is Gentian. California grown Seville Oranges bring citrus notes, balsam fir and California buckthorn offer a woodsy element. Colored naturally with cochineal to achieve the classic red color, this is a perfect swap for Campari in all cocktail applications like a Negroni, Boulevardier, and Americano. It is our Red Bitter of choice at the bar.
