Bordiga Bitter Rosso

Naturally colored Red Bitter from a distillery outside of Turin, Italy. Nearly all of the botanicals they use in their Vermouth, Amari, and Aperitivi are foraged or farmed within 30 miles of their facility. This Bitter has a higher level of bitterness than the most well known example of the style, Campari. Citrus and gentian are the dominant flavors. Colored with carmine, a natural dye made from the cochineal beetle.
