Berto Vermouth di Torino Bianco “Aperitiv dla Tradission”

Unbelievable value Vermouth Bianco from Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piemonte, Italy. Made from a base of Trebbiano wine and Moscato grape must, it is floral with more botanical complexity than many of the other Blanc/Bianco Vermouth we've had in the past. We love it in a Vermouth Spritz and it would also be a wonderful addition to your White Negroni recipe. 

Vermouth Spritz
2oz Berto Vermouth Bianco
3 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
1oz Club Soda
3oz Prosecco
Build over ice in a collins glass or large wine glass. Stir briefly and garnish with a slice of orange and an olive.
