Well my friends, what we have here is a bottling that is made for the Japanese market that we were lucky enough to acquire from a direct reimport. This is a legendary bottle amongst collectors in the US. Longer aged than any other regular domestic release from this proud titan of American whiskey and offered at a price well below that of the exceptional Russell's Reserve 13.

We always get a peanut aroma with anything from this distillery. This is more like peanut butter. Creamy and punchy on the palate with some barrel spice and vanilla. It tastes like 101 proof without being strong or sharp at all. Complex and lively. Fantastic!
