This is an eau-de-vie of Pineapples harvested in Tuxtepec Oaxaca. Maestros Eutimio Coranado, Willy Garcia, Manuel Cuevas, & Marcelino Martinez work together to create this product. Perfectly ripe pineapples are fermented for 5 days and distilled just once in a copper refrescadera still. It is bursting with aromas of fresh pineapple. On the palate it is impossibly sweet for a spirit that contains no added sugar or flavorings. It finishes dry with a lovely tropical fruit note and just a whisper of prickly alcohol. This is a triumph.
