100% Sauvignon Blanc from Quincy in the Loire Valley, adjacent to Sancerre with a very similar climate and soil type. Organically farmed fruit from 50-80 year old vines is fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Fragrant and crisp. Extremely pleasurable. Tastes like great Sancerre but at half the price.
