DEMOCRAT
This fruity Bourbon based cooler works anytime of year but is especially good when enjoyed outside amongst friends.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1 part Honey, 1 part Water)
3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin filled with ice. Shake briefly but aggressively (just to mix and lightly aerate) and strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
