A Prizefighter original that gets its spice from Ancho Reyes, a liqueur made from sun dried ancho chilies grown in the volcanic soils of Puebla, Mexico. It is mixed with Reposado Tequila, sweetened with Velvet Falernum, and rounded out with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters. It's has complex earthy spice notes and a mild and pleasant heat.

🥃 Ingredients

1.25 oz Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila 
1 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
.75 oz Velvet Falernum
.75 Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake aggressively until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a glass full of fresh ice and garnish with a dried chile pepper.
