Mango Blossom High Ball

St. George Valley Gin highlights fresh California Orange Blossoms for a floral and bright dry gin. Matchbook's Flamingo Riviera is a Mexican-inspired liqueur made from lime distillate, fresh mango, and several fresh and dried chilies. A squeeze of lime, a measure of club soda. Simple. Complex. And extra delicious.

1 oz Flamingo Riviera Mango Chili Liqueur
1 oz St. George Spirits Valley Gin
A squeeze of Lime
Top with Club Soda
Add the Mango Liqueur and Gin to a frozen highball glass full of ice. Stir briefly to chill, add more ice if necessary, and top with club soda. Squeeze a wedge of lime into the drink, stir briefly to mix everything, and enjoy.
