KINGSTON DAIQUIRI
This simple and powerful Daiquiri has been a staple at Prizefighter for years. Made with the Navy Strength flavor bomb that is Smith and Cross and just two other ingredients: fresh squeezed lime juice and Martinique Cane Sirop to sweeten it. The Cane Sirop gives it some depth and texture that you don't get from regular simple syrup.
INGREDIENTS
2oz Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
3/4oz Cane Sirop
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients aggressively with fresh ice until your shaker tin begins to frost. Fine strain into a large coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
