The Willett Distillery has a history going back to the 19th Century. They eventually became an independent bottler and blender and produced numerous brands including Old Bardstown, Pure Kentucky, Noah's Mill and others. They reopened their family distillery in 2012 and now produce the spirits for most of their brands.

Their Pot Still Reserve Bourbon is made from a mashbill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% barley. It is bottled at 47% ABV in a bottle shaped like their Vendome constructed copper pot still. It is rich and oily with notes of caramel and barrel char.
