Independent Bottlers are not distillers. They purchase barrels from distilleries which they then age, finish, blend, and bottle under their own labels, usually without disclosing where the spirits came from. This is an art and a skill different from, but just as important as distillation. We are so happy to see many of these companies getting the respect and attention that they deserve.
