Stellum Spirits is an independent bottler of American Whiskey based in Louisville, Kentucky. They also operate Barrell Spirits, another independent bottler of Whiskey and Rum. This was their flagship bourbon bottling that has sadly been discontinued. It is based around a blend of 3 Indiana Bourbon mashbills, 2 of which are high rye and the other being almost all corn. They also blended some older barrels distilled in Kentucky and Tennessee. It is spicy, rich and viscous with baking spices, pepper, streusel sweetness and barrel char.
